You probably fit one of these three

If you're on this page, there's a high chance one of these sounds like your current week.

Your SDR isn't performing

You brought a rep in-house — maybe your first one, maybe your third. The appointments aren't consistent. The pipeline is thin. You're not sure whether it's a rep problem, a process problem, or a management problem.

It's almost always a management problem. Most MSP founders don't have the time, the cadence, or the sales background to manage an SDR properly — and the rep suffers for it. We take that off your plate.

You used an agency. You're done renting pipeline

You ran outbound through an agency for six, twelve, maybe eighteen months. Some results. No ownership. When you left, the CRM data, the list, the sequences, and everything the team learned walked out the door with them.

You want the system inside your business — not outside of it. We install it, train your rep on it, and manage the machine. You own the asset when it's done.

You're the SDR. And you need to stop being the SDR

You're the founder doing your own prospecting in the margins of the day. It's inconsistent by design — you have a company to run. You know pipeline won't build itself, but you can't keep trading CEO hours for dials.

If you don't have a rep yet, our Recruiting program finds and hires the right person. Once they're on your team, SDR Accelerator takes over from there — manager, cadence, playbook, and accountability.

The math on building outbound

Before you read what's included, here's what the alternatives actually cost — and what you get for the money

Do it yourself Seems like the cheapest and most efficient option. It has the lowest success rate.

Doing it right means hiring the right SDR, getting the comp structure right, writing the scripts and workflows, building the training, and holding the rep accountable week after week with real coaching. Most MSP owners don't have the bandwidth or the sales background to run all of that well alongside the rest of the business. It's not a character flaw. It's a time problem — and pipeline pays the price.

Contract a lead-gen agency $3K–$10K per month to rent pipeline you don't own

When the contract ends, the CRM data, the list, the messaging, the intel from every call, and everything the team learned walks out with them. You're back where you started — only further behind, because the months you spent renting could have been spent building.

Hire a single fractional sales manager $5K+ per month for a fraction of someone's time, split across three or four clients

Good ones are great at putting out fires — but they don't have the bandwidth to proactively drive your agenda. Building the system, refining the process, installing the cadence, holding the week-in-week-out accountability — that work requires dedicated time your fractional doesn't have. They're in reactive mode by design.

Hire a full-time sales manager $100K+ per year before commissions, benefits, and ramp.

A legitimate sales manager who can actually move the needle is expensive. Most MSPs don't have the lead flow or the cash flow to justify the hire — or the sales background to evaluate the candidates. Industry data says it typically takes two to three tries to get the hire right, with long ramp times in between.

SDR Accelerator starts under $1K per month per rep. Dedicated sales manager. Dedicated team. Real cadence. Your system — built, installed, and managed inside your business.

SDR Accelerator starts under $1K per month per rep. Dedicated sales manager. Dedicated team. Real cadence. Your system — built, installed, and managed inside your business.

What's Included

Your SDR joins a dedicated pod — a small team of reps from non-competing MSPs, managed by a dedicated sales manager whose full-time job is running that pod. Real meetings, real coaching, real accountability. The same cadence any good in-house sales manager would run.

This is not a group coaching call with a hundred SDRs on the line. Your rep gets personalized attention, direct coaching, and weekly accountability — the way sales management is supposed to work.

And because that pod sits inside a system of 100+ MSPs and 65+ SDRs under management, every play running across the portfolio — new objections, new targeting angles, new sequences that are working — flows back to your rep the following week. You get dedicated management, backed by pattern recognition you can't get anywhere else.

Dedicated sales manager

  • A real manager, not a shared coach.

  • Their only job is running a dedicated pod of SDRs and driving performance — yours included.

Weekly sales meetings

  • One hour every week.

  • Pipeline review, live call reviews, coaching, and planning with your rep and the rest of the pod.

Regular call reviews

  • We listen to real calls and coach on what actually happened — not what got self-reported.

  • Your rep gets feedback on the work, not just the numbers.

1:1 coaching, every other week

  • Direct, individual time between your rep and their manager on a biweekly cadence — focused on the specific things that rep needs to work on.

Bi-weekly huddles

  • Shorter syncs focused on what's working, what isn't, and what to change this week.

  • Keeps the engine tuned between the longer meetings.

Performance dashboards

  • Daily and weekly KPIs — dials, conversations, meetings set, meetings held, meetings qualified, pipeline sourced.

  • Visible to you.

  • No black box, no self-reporting.

Playbooks, scripts, and sequences

  • Built specifically for MSP sales.

  • Targeting, messaging, objection handling, follow-up cadence.

  • Installed in your CRM and owned by your business.

30-day training plan

  • Structured ramp on MSP-specific targeting, offers, and objection handling.

  • Your rep runs the playbook from day one instead of figuring it out on their own.

SDR community + dedicated team channel

  • Your rep learns alongside SDRs across the portfolio in a peer community for sharing what's actually working — and has live access to their manager and pod in a dedicated team channel between meetings.

Quarterly manager meetings + office hours

  • Every 90 days, we sit down with you and review the engine end-to-end.

  • Between the formal cadence, live office hours give your rep coaching access whenever they need it.

Don’t take our word for it.

Here’s what our clients say:

"The progress has been exponential. Our sales pipeline has never been fuller while other MSPs are struggling to get leads. We have a steady flow of qualified opportunities."

Michael Glasser

Equity Partner & EVP, Frontline

"Our salespeople learned a lot from the curriculum, and we were able to join a peer group where their live and recorded calls were reviewed by the coach and peers."

Jason Denton

Founder & CEO, Reliable Technology Services, Inc

"I love the coaching and call reviews. The feedback from fellow team members has been a game changer. Sometimes it's just a small adjustment that makes all the difference."

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How fast can we start?

Immediately.

Most clients see results within 30 to 60 days, depending on how much of the foundation is already in place. If you have scripts, campaigns, a list, and a dialer ready to go, we move fast. If some of those pieces are missing, we help you get them set up before your rep runs on a broken machine — but that's foundation work, not ongoing delivery.

Is the SDR on my team, or yours?

Always yours. The SDR is on your payroll, in your business, on your team.

If you already have a rep, we install them into our management cadence and the pod. If you don't have one, our Recruiting program finds and hires the right person — and when they land, SDR Accelerator takes over from there.

We don't run a done-for-you agency. We install the function inside your business so you own it when the engagement ends.

What does "starts under $1K per month" actually mean?

Onboarding is a one-time fee in the $1,500 range. Ongoing management is around $600 per month per rep. Pricing scales with team size and scope. You'll get an exact number on the Clarity Call based on where you are.

Does this replace my sales manager?

If you don't have one, yes — you don't need to hire one. If you do, we complement them. Either way, you stop being the person doing call reviews on Friday afternoon.

What CRM do you work with?

We install inside any major CRM — Close, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, and most others. We don't rebuild broken CRMs (that's scope we avoid on purpose), but we work inside whatever system you're running.

If you don't have a CRM, we can provide one with our templates and workflows already built in. It's a paid add-on, but it saves weeks of setup and it's configured the way our team runs it.

Do you need access to our CRM?

We ask for user access or shared credentials for your dedicated sales manager, handled securely. It isn't required — but when our managers can see the data and listen to real calls directly instead of relying on self-reporting, we add substantially more value. Strongly recommended.

How do you measure results?

Dials, conversations, meetings set, meetings held, meetings qualified, and pipeline generated — tracked weekly and visible to you. You see the numbers. So do we. Nothing is hidden in an agency dashboard.

What if it's not working?

We tell you. That's the deal. If the rep is the wrong fit, we work with you to replace them. If the targeting is wrong, we rebuild the list. If the offer isn't landing, we rewrite the sequences. We don't defend bad numbers.

What happens on the Clarity Call?

Fifteen minutes. We get to know each other, make sure we can actually help, and walk you through the program.

If it's a fit, we'll schedule more time to go deeper. If it's not, we'll point you in the right direction.

No pressure, no credit card needed — it's a get-to-know-you call, not a pitch.
