Fulfillment

All services are delivered remotely. Upon completing your purchase, you'll receive onboarding instructions and necessary access details within 24–72 hours. An onboarding call will also be scheduled during this timeframe to clarify goals, expectations, and next steps.

Refund Policy

Due to the customized and strategic nature of our services, we do not provide refunds for services already rendered. Any refunds or cancellations are clearly outlined in the individual service agreement you sign upon engagement.

Cancellation Policy

Each engagement has a clear cancellation policy outlined in the individual agreement signed at the start of service. Most engagements operate on a monthly or retainer basis. We accept most major credit cards and ACH bank transfers, securely processed via Stripe through our invoicing integration with our customer relationship management system.

Payments and transactions are securely processed via Stripe, a PCI Level 1 Service Provider, integrated natively through our customer relationship management system. At no point do we directly collect, store, or access your full payment details. This ensures the highest level of payment security and compliance with industry standards.
